We don’t train - we facilitate! Where others claim to be subject experts, we focus on the learning process and becoming enablers. By designing environments, setting frameworks and eliciting ideas, we help learners uncover purpose, set goals and take ownership of their own learning.

Unconventional

The modern learner faces a plethora of challenges, from lower attention spans to information overload. Our approach combines a carefully curated mix of learning methods with practical frameworks and toolkits, catering to each learner’s unique learning style.

Experiential

We’re advocates of Learning by Doing, which is upto 70% more effective than traditional ‘training’ and learning methods. Our programs incorporate activities, gamification, simulations, roleplays, games and more for an effective learning experience!

Disruptive

We’re not your typical group of corporate trainers or consultancy firms! We firmly believe in challenging the status quo, questioning norms, disrupting existing beliefs and ideas through creative thinking and innovation… and we push our learners to break out of their comfort zones and do the same!

Improvisational

While strategy and planning is often extensively spoken about, the ability to improvise is too-often ignored! We’re big on improve - and we help learners become comfortable with improvisation, facilitating the use of improve principles.

Non-binary & Anti-fragile

In a world of extremism and polarization, where black-or-white binary choices are often forced upon us, we push our learners to explore diverse ideas, expand their thought processes, discuss and debate controversial perspectives and move past mere resilience to transformative anti-fragility.
